– For available product: The package will be send to the delivery company after you place and order within 1-2 .working days.
– For pre-order product: The pre-order product will takes 7-14 working days after you place an order. .When the product is available we will send the package within 1-2 working days. After we send the package to the delivery company, it .will takes 7-10 .working days for you to received the order.
– We do not support address changes after your order has been shipped. In case the address you provided is incorrect, it will take about 30 days for the order to return to our warehouse, and you will have to pay an additional shipping fee for us to resend the order. In the worst-case scenario of lost goods due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will not be responsible under any circumstances.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. For national holidays, specific notices will be provided by us.
International taxes for orders outside Vietnam:
Customs and/or import duties and state taxes (if any) are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
