1. Accepted Payment Methods We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:

No PayPal Account? No Problem! If your credit card is declined by your bank due to international transaction restrictions, or if you simply prefer using PayPal's secure gateway without creating an account, you can use PayPal Guest Checkout. Simply select PayPal at checkout, click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card," and complete your purchase securely as a guest.
2. Currency & Conversion All prices listed on Wet Avocado are in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or credit card company will automatically convert the transaction amount to your local currency based on their current exchange rate. Please note that your bank may charge a small international transaction fee, which is beyond our control.
3. Payment Security & Privacy Your security is our top priority. Our website uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information and payment details during the checkout process. Wet Avocado does not process payments directly on our servers and we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed through highly secure, third-party payment gateways.
4. Extra Service Fees For custom requests, shipping upgrades, or paying the price difference for an exchanged item, Wet Avocado utilizes an "Extra Service" item.
- Each "Extra Service" unit represents $1 USD.
- If you are instructed by our Customer Service team to pay an additional fee (e.g., a $5 shipping upgrade), you will need to add a quantity of 5 "Extra Service" items to your cart.
- When checking out, you must leave a note in the order instructions detailing your original order number and the purpose of the fee.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees once it arrives in your destination country.
- US Customers: Typically, orders shipped to the USA valued under $800 are not subject to import duties.
- International Customers: Wet Avocado is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note: As strictly enforced across our store policies, if a package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the shipping carrier because the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or fails to clear customs, Wet Avocado will NOT issue a refund, nor will we provide a free replacement.
6. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention To protect our customers from fraudulent activities, all orders are subject to payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if we suspect fraud or if the billing information does not match the credit card used. In such cases, our Customer Service team will contact you to verify your information.
