At Wet Avocado, our pieces are carefully crafted and dispatched from our global fulfillment centers, including our dedicated US facility. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our processing and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days.
- Pre-Order / Backorder Items: 10-20 business days.
- Made-to-Measure Sizes: 20 business days.
Note: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day. For national holidays, specific notices and adjusted timelines will be provided on our website.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- US Customers:
- If the item is currently stocked in our US facility:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- If the item is shipped from our international facility:
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.
- Express Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- International Customers (Outside the US):
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.
- Express Shipping: 5-7 business days.
3. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We do not support address changes once your order has been shipped.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the resolution will depend on the dispatch location and carrier logistics:
- If the package is successfully returned to our facility: It may take up to 30 days for the return to process. Once received, we can reship the order to your corrected address, provided that you pay the new shipping fee in full.
- If the package is abandoned or destroyed: Due to complex international return logistics, shipping carriers may abandon or destroy undeliverable packages rather than returning them to us. If your package is lost, abandoned, or destroyed strictly due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Wet Avocado will not be held liable. In this scenario, no refunds will be issued, and no free replacements will be provided. The customer will need to place a new order if they still wish to receive the items.
4. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT)
Customs and/or import duties and state taxes (if any) are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any such fees must be paid in full by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Failure to Pay Customs/Duties: As stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, if a package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the shipping carrier because the customer refused to pay the required customs duties or failed to clear customs, Wet Avocado will NOT issue a refund, nor will we offer a free replacement. We do not support reshipping abandoned items; the customer will need to place an entirely new order at full price if they still wish to receive the products.
5. Delays Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframes, Wet Avocado is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe snowstorms), natural disasters, war, customs clearance delays, or carrier logistics disruptions.
6. Holidays & Peak Seasons
Please be aware that our fulfillment centers and shipping carriers observe major national and international public holidays, which may impact processing and delivery times.
- Holiday Announcements: During holiday periods (such as April 27, April 30, May 1, September 1-2, or Lunar New Year), a specific Shipping Notice will be posted on our website. Please refer to these notices for adjusted processing timelines and potential delays.
- Carrier Operations: Shipping carriers do not process or deliver packages on major public holidays in the US or the facility’s origin country. These days are not counted as “business days” in our estimated delivery timeframes.
- Peak Season Volume: During high-volume periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season, both processing and transit times may be slightly extended due to carrier capacity.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Wet Avocado is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once the shipping carrier officially scans the tracking as ‘Delivered’ to the shipping address provided at checkout, or to an updated address confirmed by our team via email prior to shipment. In the event your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
